As the HR Business Partner you will contribute to our vision of being the UKs favourite property manager by:

?? Capability – Providing an exceptional business partnering to our teams; working with teams, people managers and key stakeholder leaders to help build and improve organisational performance and people capability, shaping and implementing effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.

?? Scalability – Providing support and Business MI to senior managers and leadership teams to manage employee relations risks and effectively directly manage through to resolution highly complex employee relations cases (tribunal level), build workforce and succession planning based on budget requirements whilst ensuring proactive management of Talent, Attrition and Recruitment.

?? Growth – Supporting the delivery of organisational transformation that is proactive and future focused, challenges the status quo and brings new thinking to the table, through effective organisational design and change management, ensuring that our employees have a great engaging experience that is frustration–free.

This role reports to the Head of HR Business Partnering and has a team of up to 1 direct report and 4 indirect reports.

About You

You are currently partnering and influencing strategy with senior leaders and delivering an exceptional HR service, and have experience of managing complex employee relations cases, up to and including tribunal.

Being commercially astute; you can use data and insights to make decisions and track trends, talent development, succession planning and workforce planning. As well as being able to identify process inefficiencies and drive improvement programmes; Six Sigma experience preferred.

You are a natural, confident, articulate communicator – both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all colleagues, from site–based colleagues to directors.

Main Responsibilities

?? Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive and embed consistent high–performance culture, developing and delivering talent and succession plans and ensuring teams are trained to deliver all elements of their job role to a high standard and provide a high–quality customer experience.

?? Builds strategies by identifying HR priorities from organisational and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivers them through people solutions aligned to business objectives.

?? Through coaching and training, ensure that your client group understand and can deliver HR policies and the employee proposition using MI and trending to forecast and future plan activities and interventions.

?? Acts as employee advocate for the organisation; develops and delivers colleague engagement for each business area, resulting in a demonstrable improvement in employee commitment and engagement and reduced attrition.

?? Manages, directs and supporting the HR Advisory team in their duties to support the delivery of Employee relations, HR projects and associated HR activity to ensure the terms of the HR SLAs are being met.

?? Coaches client group to demonstrably improve our employee experience, developing organisational design and structures including workforce planning which reflect current and future business needs and ensure that all new hires meet the high hiring bar

?? Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR advisory team can operate; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern HR procedures and best practice, taking the lead on Tribunals and ACAS resolutions considering commerciality and precedence.

?? Provide thought leadership and insight, working with senior managers to deliver on new initiatives and business opportunities to aid organisational growth and scalability.

?? Collates and prepares monthly board and client group reporting with metrics that identifies strategic trend improvements; formulates a robust continuous improvement plan.

?? Lead change and improvementprogrammes across the business to improve the employee experience ensuring it is engaging and frustration–free working in collaboration with the wider Talent and HR team.
