REMOTE BASED ROLE
Our client is a remote first, award winning digital marketing agency specialising in digital marketing, WordPress and Magento. They are one of the leading providers of WordPress and Magento design and development services in the UK, established for almost a decade they have experienced phenomenal growth over the last twelve months and have ambitious plans for the future. This role would suit someone either from agency or client side, who Is technically strong In SEO but also has huge drive and really wants to develop a successful career. We need someone who enjoys client interaction and Is commercially aware. There Is huge scope for progression with this role. This will be a remote based role with occasional visits to Head Office.
Main Responsibilities
* Further develop the agency proposition, working collaboratively with the directors
* Line managing and performance managing the team
* Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Paid Search and Social Media.
* Supporting the New Business function during the pitch process with the senior management team
* Translate client requirements into deliverable campaigns that convey the critical elements
* Responsible for upholding excellence in delivery; defines and achieves KPIs
* Responsible for ensuring effective budget management and account profitability
* Manage the relationship, deliverables and daily operations with multiple clients
* Using a shared pool of resources (content, links, social), negotiate and plan with other groups to accomplish all project deliverables
* Serve as "SEO expert" for the agency's service offering and also maintain industry expert level of knowledge
Main skills and experience
* Strong experience in a relevant role client managing digital projects and strategies
* Demonstrable track record of growing and maintaining long term client relationships
* Digital marketing knowledge, In particular an expert in SEO, with the ability to translate technical challenges into readable briefs
* Experience in paid media as well as SEO
* Creative in your approach to problem solving and idea generation
* Highly commercial with strong strategic consultancy skills
* Pragmatic in your approach, balancing assertiveness and flexibility
* A strong leader with the skills and aptitude to develop, grow and motivate a team
* A clear and articulate communicator with the ability to simplify the complex
* Highly collaborative, yet with the ability to self–motivate and work independently
* Resourceful, curious, open minded and passionate, confident
* Confident in presenting to a c–suite
* Have a grasp commercial terms to ensure clients adhere to contract
