Are you a property expert with experience of managing GBP multi million contracts? We have the role for you..? Perhaps with a reputable Housing Association? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Property Services based in Kent.
Salary: GBP65,000 per annum

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all our contracts are delivered efficiently, within budget and are focussed on delivering the best quality service to our residents. You will deliver excellent resident services to achieve our repairs promise providing homes and estates our residents are proud to live in. You will also deliver an effective risk and compliance assurance framework with strong contract management focusing on Health and Safety.
The main duties of the role are as followings:
Ensure that all contracted services are appropriately procured, meet our standards and deliver value for money.
Delivery efficient and effective customer focused services for; responsive repairs, void repairs, planned property investment and servicing
Deliver an effective risk and compliance assurance framework.
Ensure environmental strategies through our repairs and maintenance services.
Manage, motivate and develop your team to deliver consistently high–quality service.
Deliver all Building Safety Compliance works with 100% compliance
To provide regular reports and reassurance on performance to the senior leadership team, ET, Board and Committees.Requirements
Experience in a similar role, running a repairs contract and working with similar sized budgets.
Public Sector experience is essential (local Authority or Housing Association).
Degree educated or equivalent with a RICS or an equivalent qualification.
