Our client a growing and developing Commercial City practice are currently interested in meeting experienced private client solicitors (7/8PQE+) for immediate partnership.

TEAM /OPPORTUNITY

• The TEAM is adept in handling, investment, defence and preservation of private wealth, whether in the form of property or liquid assets; and among the range of work they undertake is the following:
– Tax and Estate planning;
– The deployment of capital assets through commercial ventures;
– Family–and owner–managed businesses;
– Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Living Wills;
– Trust formation and management;
– Probate administration for both UK and overseas clients;
– Formation and administration of charities;
– The buying and selling of residential, commercial and agricultural property;

YOU

To be successful YOU will:–

• Be at least 7PQE;
• Have gained experience at a top City/West End/named regional law firm, niche practice or TEAM within the sector.
• Be comfortable dealing with a broad range of quality and cutting–edge private client matters covering high net worth / very high net worth individuals and international cross border cases;
• Bring added value to the team with your own client–base, contact list, referrers or introducers;
• Be able to operate easily in a team driven environment, communicating with other team members, support staff, as well as liaising direct with clients.
• Have experience of and be prepared to get involved with several business development and marketing initiatives on behalf of the Group.
