An exciting opportunity to lead West Kent's Property team has arisen following a reorganisation of the team.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all our contracts are delivered efficiently, within budget and are focussed on delivering the best quality service to our residents.
You will be an outstanding individual. You will have experience in a similar role, running a repairs contract and working with similar sized budgets. You will be degree educated (or equivalent) with a RICS or an equivalent qualification.
You will be an excellent manager, skilled at getting the best from your team. You will be analytical, challenging and a great communicator. You will be required to regularly present reports to the Senior Leadership team and Board and able to communicate sometimes complex issues in a way that is easy to understand.
You will have a thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory issues and relevant legislation that is applicable to social housing.
You will also need to be strong and capable and able to think on your feet.
