We are looking for a motivated thought leader to help build and scale our Employee Workflow GTM team.
As a thought leader of our Employee Workflow Sales team in EMEA, you will have a major impact on our future success. Customers have embraced ServiceNow as a key platform to drive their HR transformation in support of delivering on their company digital transformation and driving growth with their customers.
As the AVP of Employee Workflow Sales EMEA, you will be responsible for developing our go–to–market strategy for strategic sales growth. You will share your knowledge and expertise to build a world class GTM team, drive market position and align with our product teams on customer outcomes.

Develop a go to market model to drive revenue for Employee Workflow solutions

Lead, organize, and manage executive–level strategic planning, sales programs and operational cadence to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and implement changes across our business in conjunction with functional leaders.

Ability to recruit and retain a team of solution sales to drive ServiceNow HR/ Employee Workflow Portfolio of Solutions into the office of the CIO / CHRO and the cross functional teams within IT & Finance.

Define programs for enabling the field sales and solution consulting teams to drive Employee Workflow sales, adoption and value proposition

Partner with our Global Alliance and Channel organization to build: sell to, sell with and sell through models

Partner with the Global VP of Employee Experience Sales to build out a successful roadmap for the next 5 years
