A high-growth international SME manufacturing business, based near Cambridge, requires an experienced Interim CFO for up to 6 months. The expectation is that you will be required to be in the office at least 4 days per week.
Partnering with the CEO, you will be tasked to professionalise the finance function ensuring the function is fit-for-purpose. In addition to the focus on system and operational improvements, there will be a key focus on team leadership following recent high staff turnover.
Candidate Profile:

- An established CFO with significant manufacturing sector experience - ideally international
- Proven hands-on experience within SME business environments (c. £100-200m t/o)
- Demonstrable experience in leading a multinational team
- Strong systems and/or change exposure
