Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (4-8 yr PQE) to be part of this successful Birmingham practice and join a Commercial Litigation department that represents clients both nationally and internationally.
The role will provide exposure to an incredibly varied range of dispute resolution work of real importance, to include litigation, arbitration and ADR.
Your caseload will consist of a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, the firm deals with several specialisms that include disputes in the aerospace and automotive sectors, commercial fraud matters, IT outsourcing disputes and energy and water sector disputes. These specialisms sit alongside our work on more general commercial disputes (such as warranty and misrepresentation claims, supply chain, shareholder and partnership disputes) for major corporate and public sector bodies.
The role will suit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor currently working in Dispute Resolution for a national or strong regional firm with a keen desire to work with international clients, It is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the biggest firms in Birmingham and one of the strongest Commercial Litigation teams in the world.
