IT Business Analyst
Our client is an award winning marketing and manufacturing organisation who are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join their team in a creative and innovative environment designed to increase communication of ideas.
This role will involve driving innovation to improve efficiency and the customer experience. This will be achieved through gathering and identifying business requirements using a range of analytical techniques and understanding business needs in relation to transformation. Business process modelling will be used to improve business processes. The position will also act as an advisor to senior management and directors with the ability to explain concepts in a jargon free and accessible manner.
Skills
* Strong commercial experience in IT business analysis with a high attention to detail
* Experience with Agile techniques and processes
* Commercial experience of working effectively in a mixed team of business, technical and supplier personnel delivering complex transformation projects;
* Similar roles in manufacturing or supply chain companies would be an advantage
