Programme Manager
Pertemps Scotland Ltd are working with our client in Edinburgh to recruit for a Transformation Design Leader in the Programme Manager on a temporary basis until September 2021 with potential extension.
Due to current circumstances this role will be based remotely.
Day rate: GBP400 – GBP500 (Inside IR35)
Essential:
Strong track record of successful delivery of large scale business change programmes
Track record of effective programme management including financial, risk, benefits, resourcing and communication management in large business change programmes
Experience in systems development lifecycle from discovery through to service operation and successful service implementation
Ability to develop excellent relationships with a wide range of senior stakeholders
Certified Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner
Credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the programmeDesirable:
Prior experience of the Scottish education sector
Prior experience of programme management and delivery within the Scottish Government or the Scottish public sector
Excellent business case development and approvals skills
PRINCE2 Practitioner certificationCandidates are required to have a Basic Disclosure Scotland Certificate
