Head of Partnerships
We are looking for a Head of Partnerships who can maintain and increase existing revenue through leading a successful Partnerships team.
The role requires an experienced business development and sales professional, specialising in implementing and developing commercial and strategic relationships with national partnerships, with a keen sense of ownership and seeing things through.
Key Responsibilities
Owning the Partnerships proposition and leading the Partnerships team
Oversee end to end process of recruiting, on–boarding and managing the relationship with new introducers
Deliver a great experience to all parties through strategic relationship management
Maintain existing relationships with current introducers and offer innovative ideas to grow the partnership proposition to ensure maximum engagement and ROI
Oversee all Management Information and reporting
Oversee liaison with Compliance Department for efficient processing and approval of all promotions
Leadership/Supervisory Responsibilities
Recruitment, on boarding and launch of national Introducers
Increasing leads to the network and increasing revenue
Ensure retention of national Introducers
Where you'll be based
You must be within reach of the North Midlands area as the position will require a weekly commute to the office.
Other relevant titles include, Head of Sales, Sales Director, National Sales Manager
