This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager with an excellent track record of winning business within the new build specification sales sector. Proven experience of growing sales and closing deals with specifiers, building contractors and end users is essential in this role. Global blue–chip companies use our products, Coca–Cola, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Amazon and Heathrow airport to name but a few.

Key Deliverables:

* Achieving budget figures for the territory in line with the sales strategy & plan.

* Growing sales through existing & new business opportunities as guided by the UK Sales Director & in line with business strategy.

* Identifying & leveraging portfolio of new commercial opportunities to maximise sales & profit contribution.

* Establishing A–Safe as the supplier of choice & grow the new build specification market through CPD's delivered to key specifiers & consultants

The Person:

* You will be an excellent relationship builder and be skilled at leading by example and getting the best results.

* You will ideally have new build specification sales experience and be strong on building a collaborative culture to support our 'We are in it Together' values.

* Proven experience of building and implementing a sales strategy to deliver quick and significant growth within large scale new build construction related projects.

* Credibility and ability to build relationships at all levels with specifiers and end users in the construction, manufacturing, and logistics sectors.

* Experience of selling a technical/practical product range.

* Excellent communication, IT, and presentation skills.

* You will be driven to always go further for your customers and to over–achieve.

* Skilled in the use of ABI and other new build specific lead generation / business development tools.

* Target driven and comfortable working to agreed KPI's.

* Full UK License and willing to travel on a regular basis.
