HR Business Partner (Permanent)
Bedfordshire (Hybrid/C.2 days per week WFH)
C. GBP65,000 basic salary plus Bonus & Excellent Benefits
Our client is a fast paced, ambitious business that has grown significantly in the last two years. The role of HR Business Partner is a pivotal role, for an ambitious individual to bring a forward–thinking and innovative approach to business partnering, which shapes and delivers the people plan for specific functions. Supporting the HR Director, the HR Business Partners will further embed the HR Business Partner model and integration across their designated functions, whilst facilitating organisational design within the business area, to ensure the business model further drives high performance during a period of ongoing growth, transformation and investment.
As a member of the business unit leadership team, you will support the delivery of all elements of the strategic and operational People plan to drive a strong culture of engagement whilst improving the effectiveness of talent acquisition and development. Your role will primarily be a facilitator of change; effectively working in partnership with C–Suite leaders and Managers coaching on how to manage and grow high performing teams. Attracting talent to support future growth, embedding an outstanding candidate experience including onboarding and delivering development solutions to support and enhance an evolving sales and technology led business will also be key to success.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner and strong relationship builder with senior stakeholder management experience, coupled with a proven track record of delivering key strategic change programmes across an organisation. The role will have a direct report. The ideal candidates will have gained HR Business Partnering with Talent Acquisition experience with winning Sales teams, contact centres or corporate functions within high growth businesses. Commercially astute, with experience of delivery of a people and customer centric HR service, the successful incumbent will also be able to demonstrate success in managing the operational, hands on delivery of HR projects and talent management. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda in an evolving culture will also be required. These roles offer ambitious, tenacious individuals the next steps in their HR careers, supported by a HR Director.
