An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join a public sector organisation based in East London. The role is a temporary role and is paying GBP350 per day Umbrella.
The role will be working within the Housing, Repairs and Maintenance Service and the role will be working on the digital transformation project to facilitate improved business processes, embedding digital solutions into the end to end business process whilst improving the overall customer experience.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in end to end process redesign projects with clear benefits realisation. The successful applicant will have lean six sigma project experience and agile project experience. The successful candidate will have business culture change management experience. Public sector and local government experience are desirable. Key duties will include:
Documenting and mapping 'As Is' operational processes through a discovery phase, interviewing SMEs and residents, user stories and conducting workshops
Responsible for documenting and mapping 'To Be' operational processes, conducting workshops and gaining approvals for new enduring processes
Conducting GAPS analysis on the current systems being used and providing recommendations for improvement
Facilitating of work sessions to define the current state and identify business problems in accordance to the transformation programme, develop root cause analysis and suggest areas of performance improvement
