Financial Controller – what you'll be doing in the role:

Leading a small team responsible for Financial Reporting, including in depth reporting and analysis supporting strategic decision making.
Maintain processes and reporting and make necessary changes according to industry/regulatory demand.
Support with monitoring of financial controls, ensuring accuracy of financial statements
Ongoing monitoring of financial controls and risks
Manage the scoping, design and testing of new financial processes/system implementation
Embed a methodology of continuous improvement across the businessFinancial Controller – the experience you will need:

Experienced and fully qualified Finance professional
Ability to lead a team, and influence senior management
Well rounded financial experience – including performance management, reporting and accounting, treasury, control and risk management.
Any exposure to the Energy sector would be useful but isn't essential Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: GBP65,000 – GBP85,000
