Temporary Finance Manager

A very well established, innovative and leading travel organisation based in central London are currently actively seeking a bright, switched on and highly capable and well experienced temporary Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

Assist the Senior Director in supporting needs for reporting, presentations, and ad hoc analysis
Improve automation of reporting and forecasting and support the finance teams needs
Perform ROI analysis and work with business partners to develop and track business cases for new projects and initiatives
Communicate and present project impacts to key stakeholders
Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, trend analysis and financial review documents
Build and maintain financial models
Perform ad–hoc analysis as requested by business partners
Work with Accounting to provide monthly accruals as well as ensuring that invoices are coded to the proper accounts
Influence decision–making to ensure business partners meet the financial objectives of the organisation
Drive change and process improvement throughout Finance and business stakeholdersQualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics as well as 5+ years of work experience in an analytical role with emphasis in financial analysis and modeling.

This role will suit a proven leader with a track record of recommending and driving changes that provide meaningful impact to the organisation. Important too will be the understanding of forecasting / planning processes and preparation of executive–level management reporting.

The ability to effectively work with the highest levels of the company's leadership team will also be key as will a strong team playing attitude and capability.
