Managing Director

Our client, a House Builder, based in Hertfordshire are seeking a Managing Director to join them due to their existing MD retiring. The successful candidate will be responsible for the business as a whole including; land acquisition, company cash flow, HR, business sales, company profits etc. The Managing Director will be reporting to the Chairman of the business but will be responsible for the business as a whole.

Managing Director Position Requirements

Must have prior experience working in a Director level role for a House builder or Land Acquisition business
Senior Land Managers / Directors looking for their next step will be considered
Candidates that are at any kind of Director level with land acquisition experience will be considered
Land acquisition experience is essential
Living within commuting distance of Hertfordshire
Strong tenure is essential along with the desire to work in another long term role
