Join them as a Growth Programme Manager in this newly created role and be key to leading, motivating and managing their Programme delivery team to fulfil their ambitious business development and growth strategy.
Your role will be to lead the team in the development and delivery of their multifaceted programme of new build, acquisitions, refurbishment and remodelling projects.
You will have the experience to advise and support your team in the negotiation of complex transactions, and be able to analyse and flex financial appraisals.
You will bring forward and negotiate terms for growth and regeneration opportunities through establishing and managing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
You will lead their journey to net zero carbon new build and you will ensure their programme delivers innovative, quality and sustainable developments that provide value for money and meet all their standards and aspirations.
You will be motivated by the variety of opportunities in the role which will include preparing bids and tenders for new work, progressing joint ventures and commercial partnerships.
You will be tenacious in pursuing opportunities and excellence and committed to connecting with colleagues and involving customers throughout every stage of the development process.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold a relevant professional qualification and/or senior management experience in the housing field. You will be a confident communicator with proven success of providing expertise and guidance to senior management, Board and external stakeholders.
You will have highly developed leadership skills and a track record of delivering complex housing development projects.
