I am recruiting for Business Development Managers to work for a leading design and manufacturing company in Leeds who are looking to add to their already successful sales team.
The role will involve outbound calls to win new business opportunities, provide quotations within the agreed time frame and look to increase new business opportunities with add–ons and complimentary products to develop relationships.
The salary for this position is GBP30k + Uncapped Commission (GBP36k OTE).
You will be responsible for;
* Outbound calls to develop your own business opportunities within your own geographical location.
* Increasing business accounts by providing excellent customer experience
* Identify add–ons and complimentary products to orders to increase new opportunities.
* Update CRM systems/Internal Systems and ensure quotes are raised within agreed time frames.
* Providing excellent product knowledge and customer service at all times.
Our ideal candidate would have;
* Outbound sales experience working within a Business Development or Account Management role.
* Proven experience working to monthly sales targets
* The ability to create and maintain business relationships
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* It would be an advantage if you had an interest in the construction industry.

* GBP30,000 basic salary (GBP36k OTE) + Uncapped commission!
