Our client is an outsourced in-house legal function working for private equity funds and fin- tech companies. They are a newly established legal consultancy with two Partners both in-house lawyers from asset managers, looking to make their first associate hire.
They are looking for a general corporate or commercial associate to join them. The firm is on a fast growth trajectory, you will be in at the ground level working as an external in-house lawyer on selected projects, getting deals across the line, providing regulatory compliance, commercial, business and legal advice.
The right candidate will have experience with corporate or commercial law.
This is without a doubt a job where you can control when, where and how much you work. You will have the option to work from home, clients site, or the office and have significantly lower billing hours than law firms. Their offices are based in Guildford. The compensation is constructed in an equitable way with bonuses linked directly to hours billed. For the right person partnership in a relatively short period of time is possible.
