Head of Department

An award winning, legal 500 firm is expanding their Corporate and Commercial Department and is seeking a Solicitor to lead and mold the department.

This is an exciting opportunity for Solicitors with team leading attributes to progress into a senior role.

You will be responsible for business development as well as building relationships with clients that include large corporates, SME's, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years + PQE as a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor and has experience in the following:

• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Joint Ventures
• Partnerships and Insolvency
• Company Formations
• Shareholder resolutions and agreements
• Drafting terms
