Business Development Manager - Wales

We are currently recruiting for 3 x Business Development Managers, to cover South West Locations (Exeter North, Honiton East & Bristol / South Wales). You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with new customers and nurturing & developing relationships with existing customers. This is all B2B sales, and your customer base will include restaurants, cafes, hotels, and group purchasing organisations. We are looking for entrepreneurial sales focused candidates, with a proven record of success. This is a hands–on sales role, and we are looking for customer focused individuals who are committed to offering a first–class customer journey.

Duties –

* Developing business opportunities with new potential customers.

* Working closely with decision makers to increase long term strategic relationships.

* Preparation of compelling Sales Presentations.

* Developing a new business pipeline to ensure increase profitability.

* Negotiation of complex contracts.

* Closing business deals.

* Maintaining Accounts to ensure good retention.

* Ensuring consistent sales growth.

* Develop and execute strategic business plans.

* Maintaining accurate records of customer pricing, sales & activity reports.

* Weekly reporting on sales turnover and margin.

* Ensuring that you are working in line with the business's ethical values and goals.

Skills & Experience

* Senior Sales Experience.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

* Willingness to travel.

* Knowledge of the Fresh Fish Industry would be advantageous but is not essential.

Locations –

We have 3 roles available; areas include – Exeter North, Honiton East & Bristol / South Wales.
