One Team Stellantis (OTS) is our integrated agency solution for the exFCA and exPSA brands within Stellantis, the world's fourth largest OEM. On the exFCA brands, Starcom operates closely with our other Groupe agencies Saatchi & Saatchi and Digitas to deliver end to end transformative solutions to drive personalisation at scale. On exPSA we will continue to work closely in partnership with exPSA's other agency partners with holistic solutions to power their growth. Stellantis has an array of the world's most exciting car brands and with a continued shift to electrification coupled with identifying synergies within their marketing operations, this is a fantastic client to work on to help them unlock growth in a platform world.
The Planning team within OTS are the guardians of our relationship with the Stellantis brands; Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot, and Vauxhall. We are deeply immersed in their business, acting as a highly valued and influential extension of their brand marketing teams. We drive the strategic direction of media and wider communications, working closely with our Strategy, DDT, Performance, and Investment teams to deliver industry leading automotive solutions.
Responsibilities
As Account Director you will be the business and planning lead and primary point of contact for one of the Stellantis UK brands
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key, mid–level clients
- Support BD to deliver outstanding work every time
- Lead high quality day–to–day output of the team, be a subject matter expert in your field
- Manage a planning team of 2+ on your brand
- Deliver and set example of brilliant client service
- Foster a culture of learning and self–improvement, setting clear progression plans for your team, encouraging 'Brave Plays' in the way the team approach their work and their own career development (and count on the same support from your own line manager)
Requirements
- Experience in leading and developing a team of media planners
- Expert knowledge of the media landscape and especially digital channels
- Ability to immerse oneself within the client vertical, and develop focused strategic media thinking as a result
- A creative spark, who is constantly seeking the new and different
- Commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of the agency business model
- A team player who is happy collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally
- Automotive experience not essential, but a desire to shake up the category is!
