About the role

Due to our continued growth and recent acquisitions, we are creating the new role of Head of Strategic Accounts. You won't have necessarily held this position before but will be searching for the next step in your career as you are a motivated, bright and ambitious individual with leadership experience looking to further build your career as a leader.

In this tactical, strategic and leadership role, you will lead, coach and mentor an established Strategic Accounts team and work closely with the Director of Customer Success to manage and grow our strategic accounts. The key objectives are to retain and grow our strategic customers by ensuring they are maximising the value of their CIPHR products and services. Managing your own portfolio in addition to managing the team, you will be responsible for ensuring we deliver against our growth strategy, maximizing upsell and product/service line opportunity, revenue generation and delivering against key targets.

You'll be driven and have an exceptional commercial and customer focus, along with excellent people leadership skills.

  • Responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a Strategic Accounts team
  • Conducting Customer visits and support at team customer meetings
  • Mitigate churn and retain Strategic Accounts
  • Be responsible for team sales growth target for Strategic Accounts
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth across our Strategic Accounts
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships and positive NPS for our Strategic Accounts
  • Work with sales operations team to ensure delivery of activity levels and compliance with process and systems
  • Work closely with marketing and business development teams to ensure we are targeting and managing growth opportunities
  • Work closely with our customer support team to ensure our customers are receiving a high level of support
  • Influence product and service development

About You:

  • You will have a demonstrable line management experience and leadership ability
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a successful track record of increasing business performance amongst clients with the ability to negotiate and work at a strategic level
  • Compelling influencer and ability to adapt and prioritise in an agile environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Dynamics or similar
  • An awareness of industry trends
  • Knowledge of HR processes, trends and legislation is desirable
  • Experience in the Business to Business Sector is desirable
