We are currently recruiting a people centric Regional HR Business Partner to join our HR function within the Regional HR team, supporting Supply Chain and Operations.

The role:

The Regional HR Business Partner will be Responsible for designing and delivering the strategic regional people plan, leading significant people change projects, and the customer HR experience. You will propose, agree, and implement people initiatives to drive business performance and enhance people capability, ensuring our leaders? achieve?their?business objectives.?

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:?

  • Partner and?coach?the Senior leadership team on all aspects of leading their people and the people plan. Provide insight and?challenge on people matters to ensure great business decisions are driven with people as a key differentiator. ?

  • Embed a?high–performance?culture in your region. ?

  • Lead and develop the regional HR team.??

  • Contribute to the overall SC & Ops People Plan and create, execute, and drive the plan for the region including the DE&I agenda.??

  • Establish excellent relationships with the central HR teams to enable a seamless service to the business area, holding others to?account and delivering on promises. ?

  • Accountable for talent and succession planning in the region, upskilling leaders to ensure there is a pipeline of talent??

  • Build workforce?and development?plans that ensure the region is resourced?and has the required skills and competencies?to?deliver the business growth agenda.???

  • Work with the senior leadership team to identify and deal with tactical and?longer–term?reward issues. Ensure business area runs?to budget and agreed headcount on all people–related expenditure. ?
