Our client, the world´s leading membership and travel company, with a portfolio of 20 resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands, seeks a Legal Counsel, EMEA to report to the Head of Legal to work with the wider regional legal team. The responsibilities will include commercial contracts, consumer law, corporate/M&A, outsourcings, commercial property, intellectual property, litigation, IT, data protection, regulatory and ethics compliance.
You will be a qualified Solicitor, 3-5pqe, with experience from either in-house or private practice. No prior experience of the travel, leisure or tourism industry is required, although the candidate will be required to develop a good understanding of the relevant laws and regulations and commercial risks facing the business and be an effective business partner.
The office is based in Kettering. Flexible working from home anywhere in the UK is possible with travel to the office to maintain a presence.
