Sales Director UK – Agency
The Sales Director is responsible for generating new business pipeline for the following agency services:
- Performance Marketing
- Digital Marketing
- Creative Design
- UX
- Digital Strategy
They will work with strategy, marketing and creative colleagues to acquire new business and develop relationships though the sales process with LiveArea. The Sales Director is responsible for shepherding the sales opportunity and closing the initial sale, while also ensuring overall success of these new client engagements.
This role reports directly to the Senior Sales Director EMEA and is responsible for driving sales and increasing market share through networking, inbound and outbound sales activities. With the marketing and business knowledge, the Sales Director will work with prospects to show how LiveArea can help solve customer experience, marketing, creative and commerce challenges and identify future needs and opportunities to grow revenue.
Responsibilities include:
Driving new sales opportunities for the above listed Agency Services and close new logos to continue to grow the agency practices
Meeting and exceed revenue targets at applicable margin thresholds
Identifying new ways to approach target markets; work to identify and qualify leads through online research and initial phone meetings
Increase sales and revenue with new customers by diagnosing client needs and providing solutions to help grow the account
Working with the EMEA Sales Director to ensure the leads database (SFDC) is up to date and shows the progression of each opportunity
Attend trade shows and other events to help identify new sales leads and begin initial conversation around agency offerings
Schedule meetings with key executives at target accounts; visits partners and end clients on a regular basis; cultivates relationships with customers that go beyond the current project
Work closely with cross functional delivery teams to leverage total scope of LiveArea's products and services; articulates LiveArea's services and implementation methodologies effectively to prospective clients. Creates greater penetration of LiveArea solutions into the account.
Create and present custom presentations and sales proposals utilised in winning new business; Contribute to the RFP/RFI process
Responsible for contract ownership of getting timely MSA, NDA, SOW's in place with client and with assistance of department managers for creation
Qualifications
Proven success selling professional services, including significant cross–channel services and solutions to C–level clients, required
Extensive experience in agency sales at the enterprise–level
Industry experience in achieving or overachieving revenue targets of $2M+ is required
Proven experience of being a sales hunter

Location/Travel Requirement:
Position can be remote, though the sales office in the UK is based in London (South Bank). You are expected to be travelling as required to pitch and meet with prospects and partners
