As a Planning Director at Zenith, you will be working on the Three Mobile account, which we won in 2019 – since onboarding the account we have built a fantastic relationship with the client, and they have set themselves some ambitious goals for this year – and we are excited to be on this journey with them.

This role will purely be working on the brand led campaigns briefed to us, so experience in this area is a must, however there will be an element of making sure the agency's output is holistically planned across both brand and performance.

The Client is one of the top 4 players in the Telco industry, and have ambitious plans to take more of this market share. They are looking to break down barriers to ensure their consumers are getting the best possible solutions to suit their lifestyles and the developing tech space.

Comms has a huge role to play in this and the role offers a really exciting and challenging opportunity to get involved in shaping the future of the brand. We have already done some amazing work that you will come in an run, including an upcoming brand re–launch, TV sponsorships, a sporting sponsorship activation and leveraging new partnerships.

The role will be reporting into a Business Director, you will also have management responsibilities of 2 Planning Managers and 1 Senior Planning Executive.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building strong and trusted relationships with your clients and other stakeholders – being the key point of contact for the client. Playing a crucial part in RTB's, and ensuring the best work comes together.

You will lead your team by example, helping and supporting your reports to be the best they can be through setting progression plans and training and development.

You will also need to be hands on when needed in terms of working with your team to plan and optimising campaigns, working closely with internal activation teams and ensuring the whole campaign lifecycle runs smoothly.

Requirements

You need to have some experience at Senior Manager/Associate Director level in a planning team within a media agency. Experience managing a top performing team at all levels is essential as is knowledge of all media channels (offline and online).

Confident in building relationships with clients at all levels, as well as presenting, and speaking about the different solutions each channel can bring to the campaign brief.

An understanding of industry research and benchmarking tools (TGI, Hitwise, comScore etc)

Experience working on a fast paced client in retail, FMCG, or Telco would be ideal, but not compulsory.
