ABOUT THE ROLE
* Manage all aspects of the E–Commerce business operation including the overall P&L, strategy and planning through product development, E–Commerce trading and CRO to deliver a best–in–class user experience for the customer.
* Product Ownership of 20+ E–Commerce technology solutions including E–Commerce B2B & B2C applications, infrastructure, audience orchestration, multivariant testing, search and merchandising, PSPs, OMS and all other functions.
* Lead all cross–functional development projects, continuous improvements as well as develop, own, and execute the digital product roadmap. From the front–end platforms to back–end services that drive the platforms and all E–Commerce services.
* Lead and inspire the E–Commerce Product, Trading & Content teams to maximise sales revenue by optimising conversion, NPS, ATV, order frequency and growth.
* Provide expertise on current E–Commerce industry best practices across the business. Consulting on cross–functional digital change projects to ensure E–Commerce principles are incorporated on all business–wide initiatives
This role is based in Liverpool, but offers flexible working. The candidate should be expect to be in the office 2/3 days a week (to suit business needs) and the rest will be remote working.

* An experienced online trader
* Significant E–Commerce experience gained working within a fashion/sports/lifestyle brand
* Proactive, self–starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
* Experienced in setting the long–term vision and digital road map for all products and communicate this strategy to all the relevant participants and stakeholders.
* Proven track record of opening, negotiating and closing business deals
* Understanding of current and emerging E–Commerce and E–Commerce marketing standards.
* Commercial thinker, quick learner, with the ability to work in a fast–paced environment.
* Analytical, with the ability to interpret complex E–Commerce data.

SALARY
GBP70,000 – GBP80,000 (DOE) + Car + Package
