In House Solicitor Job NQ-6 PQE - Cardiff - Flexible Working

Your new role
Reporting directly to Group Head of Legal, this role will involve providing legal support to key business areas within head office and also sales operations based globally.
It will be very hands on and you will be drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including supplier contracts, customer terms and conditions, data license agreements, IT contracts (SaaS, software and hardware leasing/ licensing etc), loan agreements, inter-company finance agreements, data sharing/ processing agreements, legal policies and procedures. You will also be providing legal guidance, advice and support to sales operations globally and providing legal support for new country set up and new product launches.

What you'll need to succeed
- A Qualified solicitor (between NQ and 6 year PQE), with either in-house or private practice experience
- Strong drafting skills and good commercial acumen.
- High degree of flexibility and self-motivation.
- Able to deliver high quality legal advice in a commercial context.
- Comfortable briefing senior management on significant legal issues
- Experience within the financial & data industries and/or competition law would be desirable but is not a pre-requisite
