Hampshire (2 days per week)

GBP120,000–GBP150,000 + Bonus (c25%) + pension + benefits

We are looking for an experienced change and transformation practitioner, with a background in technology leadership, who will own the day to day running of the current divisional IT function and its portfolio of projects and programmes.

As well as this you will also own the division's transformation journey (strategy and delivery) as we transition to a Group Shared Service Centre model, which will include all current divisional IT people, technology and services.

You will also

• Shape and own the division's technology strategy and roadmap in line with Group agenda
• Produce a standardised, scalable and future–proof set of architectures
• Implement a number of enterprise level COTS systems (Salesforce CRM for example)
• Oversee the Technology & Change programme portfolio
• Lead a technology capability of circa 30 FTE
• Establish a strong ITIL aligned Service management culture

A proven director level professional, you will have a very strong history of leading transformational change agendas, ideally incorporating operational models and core business system transformation.

• Financial services industry experience is essential to be considered for this opportunity.
• Experience of working within a shared service model OR having consumed an IT service from a shared service
• A strong background in the delivery of technology enabled change projects and programmes
