Blackwaters is recruiting a interim FinanceConsultant to join our Surrey based client to assist in a sale preparation.
Reporting to the CFO the role takes full responsibility for the preparation of the sale offering including development of a data room, scenario modelling and due diligence.
Candidates must be qualified with demonstrable experience of involvement in at least 2 sales. Strong technical skills are required, including complex consolidations, and extensive modelling experience is a must.
