The Integrity Engineering function within Doosan Babcock's Asset Management business provides technical services and strategic advice to the Power Generation and Process sectors, aiding plant operators in the safe management of in–service equipment. The Head of Integrity Engineering will be responsible for the management of the Integrity Engineering team delivering specialist solutions to our clients' most challenging technical problems, informed by the application of a variety of leading analytical tools. Our work is at the heart of our customers' technical decision–making process, delivered by expertise in the fields of dynamic engineering, static engineering, Integrity Management & Asset Risk Strategy, project engineering and Design Engineering.
Reporting to the Director for Integrity and Performance, this position will be accountable for managing and developing a team of circa 50 engineers to support a wide range of clients across the global energy sector. The role will require technical and commercial oversight of the Integrity Engineering function to ensure the delivery of high quality technical support to our client base to programme and budget whilst also supporting the growth of the global Asset Management business.
The role will require an individual who is able to understand and respond to the needs of our customers and the technical knowledge to be able to shape the next evolution of Doosan Babcock's capabilities to further improve its market–leading Asset Management offering.
The Head of Integrity Engineering will be a degree–qualified Engineer. You will have experience of managing teams of engineers to deliver market differentiating performance underpinned by a strong appreciation of the Power Generation (Thermal / Nuclear) and Process sectors.
