Are you looking to pursue a career in projects? Would you like to gain a qualification, whilst also working with a supportive and experienced projects team? If you have answered yes to both of those questions, we might just have the opportunity for you!

The starting salary for this role is GBP17,663 and is based on a 36 working hour week.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Associate Project Manager Apprentice. You will be working within the Strategic Delivery Team, who manage and support projects not only across Business Operations at Surrey County Council, but also Business Operations in East Sussex County Council and Brighton and Hove City Council, as part of the Orbis Partnership.

Working in our projects team, every day is different, and you will be able to roll up your sleeves and get involved with a variety of tasks within the project lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself and to support on ongoing projects, project governance, as well as communications and stakeholder management.

Whilst working with the team, we will also support you as you work towards a Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship, where you will receive guidance from the Apprenticeship team, as well as a buddy network of like–minded apprentices to lean on. The work you will do will reinforce your learning, providing evidence–based experiences to support your qualification.
