Fawkes and Reece are working on behalf of one of the largest main contractors looking for a Project Director.
My client works on high–profile projects from conception to completion and are looking for a Project Director to join their major projects division.You will be working on high–quality leisure, commercial and major refurbishment schemes across London, flagship projects that make you proud to be a part of.
The project Director will be very driven and strive for the highest standards who can deliver successful major projects. You must have experience on projects in excess of GBP200 million including healthcare and commercial. The candidate will have proven, effective leadership skills and be able to show understanding and capability of resolving complex issues, proactively managing risk and have excellent negotiating skills. They will be an accomplished presenter who has experience of creating, developing and leading skilled teams who win business and are delivery and client motivated.They will have the skills to manage relationships without direct involvement of a Regional Managing Director or Regional Director.
The Project Director must have over 5 years experience working for a main contractor on similar major projects. You must have the ability to grow strong client relationships as well as being able to raise business opportunities.You must have a good commercial awareness and able to deliver profit.You must be a Project Director with outstanding leadership who is able to drive, delegate and run a productive team
