The newly formed Totally Urgent Care Division, following the integration of Vocare and Greenbrook is a leading provider of national urgent care services. We are looking to appoint a high calibre and experienced leader for our 111 service that is accessed by almost 1.7 million people each year. Our services work at the interface of primary care and emergency care, providing clinical interventions to ensure that patients are treated in the right place for their needs, and deflecting unwarranted activity away from busy A&E Departments.
The Urgent Care Division successfully deliver 111, Clinical Assessment Services (CAS), GP Out of Hours (GPOOH), and Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC) across a national footprint. This critical appointment comes at; a high–profile time for NHS 111 and urgent care delivery and an exciting time for us, as Greenbrook Healthcare and Vocare are joining together to form the Urgent Care Division of Totally.
This new role will be pivotal in delivering and influencing our aspirations as an organisation and realising the ambitions of local health and care systems across the country through great delivery. We pride ourselves on great patient outcomes and we want the post holder to work in tandem with clinical leaders and an engaged and thriving workforce to take us to the next level of operational excellence.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience within service improvement and project/ programme management. If you have an excellent track record of high calibre, best in class, operational delivery combined with excellent leadership and people skills it would be great to hear from you.
