Due to success our client, a leading communications company have and immediate vacancy for a Sales Executive to work within their specialist education division.
The role will involve selling new prospects a range of services including internet services, broadband, connectivity, hosting and other products.
You will account manage a few accounts but the main focus of the role will be new business where you will self generate leads and appointments to build strong relationships and to ultimately open new accounts within schools and colleges.
Working to set sales targets and KPI's you will show initiative and desire in the development of clients and prospects.
Candidates applying for this role should have a strong business development background and be used to working in a pressurised sales environment. Previous experience of selling into the education sector would be advantageous as would experience within the telecommunication sector
There will be a basic salary on offer between 24k–28k, plus a high commission rate with realistic earnings of around 65k (although some of the top sales people in the company are currently earning in excess of 100k).
