Salary – £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus
The Role
This is a progressive role, initially being hands on and getting into the detail to develop process improvements and strengthen the financial manufacturing element for the projects. You will have exposure to the bill of materials, the full project builds, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow and will work closely with the rest of the finance & manufacturing team. This role offers a real opportunity to become a future leader in this area of the business and to have an impact on the continued growth.

Main Duties
- Support month, quarterly and Year end process- full ownership of stock ledgers/GRNI accruals and COGS
- Exposure to full bill of materials, project builds
- Profit and loss
- Balance sheet and cashflow forecasting
- BOM costing management
- Manufacturing accounting work
- Regular review of parts without costs within the BOM
- Update project cost summaries
- Margin analysis support work
- Stock provision
- Ownership of stock counting process- working with operational teams
- Ensure SOX controls adhered/improvements
- Input into budget process
Person specification
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Previous experience in Manufacturing/Production is essential.
- Experience within a similar role previous
- Experience of developing processes, implementing change.
- The ability to evolve with the role and blend previous manufacturing experience with the Finance elements.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with stakeholder
