Corporate Associate
LAW Absolute are currently working with a growing Top 70 national firm who are looking to recruit for a new Corporate Associate within their Southampton Office due to growth within the team.
This is a great opportunity to join a collegiate firm on a permanent basis, that will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and undertake high quality work. They have a really agile policy in regards to working from home to allow that work life balance.

- Advising and assisting in relation to private company M&A.
- Financing and refinancing of businesses, joint ventures and investors agreements.
- Helping with takeovers and other public company work.
- Advice in relation to commercial lending and security.
