What do we need from you in order to bring you on–board?
Now that we know what you will be doing on a week–to–week basis, it's time to tell you exactly what qualities you'll need to demonstrate throughout the application process in order to be successful. We are always after talented and ambitious individuals however for this role, you'll also need to demonstrate the following qualities:
Trustworthy – The 'keys to the bank' as well as our employee's payroll is possibly the biggest responsibility we will give to anyone on their first day at FORTH??. We need someone who we can trust to treat our money as if it were their own.
Numbers Person – Without sounding obvious, we need someone who clearly knows numbers. Numbers come as second nature to you, and you'll be passionate about what you do.
Experienced & Expert – We are after someone who has been there, done that and got the T–shirt. Maybe you've been doing this previously, but your company wouldn't listen to your ideas or didn't make you feel appreciated. We need someone who is strategically minded. A CIMA qualification preferably. You ideally would've worked in a similar business to ours, both in size and industry. An appreciation of JCT contracts and other construction language would put you ahead of others.
Problem Solver – As much as we'd love to say things run smoothly 100% of the time, unfortunately sometimes things do go wrong. We're not looking for passengers. We need someone who can stay level headed, solve an issue efficiently and be accountable to the client and the team.
Natural Leader & Ambitious – We need someone who is keen to take charge and take the next step up. We're looking to double the size of this business in the next couple of years and we need someone who wants to become a leader of this business in the future.
Aligned with our values – We live by our values and anybody in our team needs to live them with us. Here we value:
** Going above and beyond
** Communication
** Discipline
** Curiosity
** Adaptable
** Courage
** Passion
** Honesty & Selflessness
