Our client has a unique heritage of art, learning and innovation. They are home to a creative community, with short and higher education courses focussed on Arts, Social Justice and Ecology running throughout the year. They are also a destination location with a mix of independent retail outlets, a thoughtful food offering across delis, cafes and restaurants, and run an independent cinema, and campsite.

Their new Head of Commercial, will help them to fulfil the revenue potential in all these areas whilst being respectful of purpose driven profit and the wider Trust values.

They hope to find someone that enjoys complexity, excels at finding opportunity, and is able to deliver value quickly. For the right person, there may be progression opportunities to a director role in due course.
