Our client is seeking an an ambitious Business Development Manager to join the team on a perm basis. Solid experience in sales within the creative industries and an entrepreneurial attitude will be crucial. It is a senior role in a fast–growing agency, and we expect the right candidate to take full ownership of Sales and drive the company's growth.
They are offering a great opportunity for an ambitious, experienced commercial sales person who wants to take full ownership of our sales strategy and business development. You will report directly to the company founders.
The mid term objectives for this role are business growth and generation of revenue. As the business scales you will be expected to build and expand the sales team.
You must have:
- A proven track record of attracting and securing new clients
- Develop and implement our sales strategy
- Explore and identify new business opportunities
- Create and manage sales funnels, content and tactics
- Close deals
