To enable drive toward world class business performance management whilst improving overall financial controls. This will be delivered by ensuring transparency of postings, owning the financial reporting requirements, forecasting and budget, driving performance using digital tools to make the department become focused on business performance.

Overall responsibility for the departments tasks reviewing monthly results and ensuing validity

Functional owner for Power BI development overall purpose: to Deliver actionable insights based on data for better decision making by operational organization through use of self–service analytical tool (Power BI) acting as tool owner which entails capturing requirements for development from end–users, technical and process experts and securing adoption by engaging and training end–users

Ensuring development of digital offerings align with strategic objectives of the business working with operational team to ensure this

Attend commercial reviews across the business improving the processes and driving actions ensuring all are talking about the same performance

Shared accountability with Commercial and Operational leads for the overall budgeting and forecasting process for the business area. Ownership of the rolling forecast / Budget process for UK

Lead process improvement/transformation projects engaging stakeholders from other areas of the business

Provide support to the business management team to identify, monitor and manage financial, legal and commercial risks and opportunities in the business area as well as conducting sensitivity analysis and effective change management

Provide input and support to bids and tender process

SAP functional lead for Finance function
