We're looking for someone to take ownership and responsibility for pushing all things experiential across some of the agencies biggest clients. This is an opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge to step up into, or someone who's looking for an exciting opportunity to take the reins for this department.

As a Head of Experiential we're looking for someone who has experience working with leading FMCG, consumer and retail clients. Someone who is passionate for all things experiential.

The role;
As the Head of Experiential, we're looking for someone who can proactively lead and manage the experiential and staffing offering
– You will be leading clients to provide speciality services to the groups integrated client accounts, providing exceptional leadership, strategic direction and best in class client servicing
– Responsibility and ownership for driving growth and profitability of experiential and staffing activations
– Manage internal resource allocation and costs towards profitability
– Define and deliver an efficient, effective and profitable service to clients, and build credible agency reputation within the industry
– Responsibility of proactive development plans to increase knowledge and expertise to deliver industry leading through leadership and client work
– Take responsibility for continual reporting of business to the Board
– Lead account service and cross discipline agency team in delivering and delivering exceptional campaigns and projects, flawlessly executed while meeting client needs
– Champions new business within the team. Creates proactive plans to create opportunities, lead pitches and deliver new revenue to the group
– Demonstrates passion for the best creative product and understands how to direct creative thinking to produce best in class work
– Create a team environment that facilitates mutual respect and partnership across functions

Must haves;
To be considered for a Head of Experiential role – we're looking for someone who has proven experience in leading a team of experiential specialists.
– Must have experience working in an experiential agency with strong integrated ability
– We're looking for someone who has proven experience in leading and growing accounts, offering ideas and new business pitches to clients
– Exceptional client management skills with proven successful leadership of clients
– Experience in delivering organic growth and new business opportunities
– A team player, someone who can drive a team by demonstrating excellent leadership qualities
– As it's a senior role in the business we're looking for someone who is passionate in helping to build a division of the agency
– Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment, whilst managing multiple projects at once
– Finally someone is passionate about the industry, with drive and determination to succeed.
