The market is very busy and we are awash with exciting roles for Account Directors from entry level to experienced with a range of agencies from independent start ups to (all of the) global networks and everything in between. Our agency clients are looking for candidates with a desire to drive success in client service.

Naturally you'll be managing and orchestrating client relationships and internal teams with the aplomb of experience you've gained at the level. You will also be looking to begin to take responsibility for leadership of your client and your team influencing he wider direction of travel for the agency and the client's business. You'll be looking to play an active role in the setting the agency culture leading by example, motivating and inspiring your clients and colleagues alike
