Locum Employment Lawyer is required to join a public sector organisation based in the South East of England on a remote working basis for a period of 3 months initially and the view of extension thereafter.

The successful Employment Lawyer will be able to work on a remote working basis and ideally will be able to start on short notice within 2 weeks ideally.

You will be undertaking a caseload of employment matters of both the contentious and non contentious nature and will be undertaking matters such as discrimination, whistle blowing, constructive dismissal etc. You would not be required to undertake hearings as they have Barristers who undertake the advocacy however you will be required to instruct and brief them. You will also be required to undertake some agreements in relation to pensions as well which are relatively straight forward.

You will be joining a highly regarded team and have support of a paralegal which is shared across the team.
