Operational Excellence Business Partner
Alcester, near Redditch
The role of Operational Excellence Business Partner is responsible for driving efficient processes and systems at Quanta, whilst ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and individual business unit requirements. The position serves as a consultant to management on continuous process improvement–related topics, and will also include the delivery and support of complex projects across various non–manufacturing departments.
As the preferred candidate for Operational Excellence Business Partner you'll have:
* Bachelors' Degree (or relevant certifications), with experience in a life science, medical devices or engineering field working on process improvement project in manufacturing and non–manufacturing business streams.
* Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt certified (or equivalent)
* Experience of change management, project delivery and project management in a manufacturing or regulated industry setting
* Experience of embedding OE culture in an operational setting (non–manufacturing), ideally within a fast growth or evolving environment
* Industry experience in a manufacturing or development industry; medical devices preferred
* Strong in–built analytical mindset, a high level of numerical ability which enables you to quickly spot trends and opportunities in raw data
Quanta is on a mission to evolve the dialysis market with their ground–breaking SC+ haemodialysis machine. Quanta is committed to bringing a service to patients that can provide them freedom to live a better life.
The SC+ is built to be operated by the patient in their own home and is at the cutting edge of innovation in the sector. Quanta launched the SC+ into the UK market in 2020 and have had FDA approval to launch in the US market in Spring 2021.
