Morson are partnering with a global manufacturing business who are looking to recruit an experienced HR /TA Data & Reporting Lead on an interim 12 month contract. Our client are an extremely large and diverse business and this is a rare opportunity to drive significant change is such an organisation.
This newly created role will work with members of the HR Shared Service & Talent Acquisition Leadership teams. This role will be responsible for developing tools to measure and monitor the performance of resourcing across Permanent, Contingent and Early Talent hiring. They will create a central resourcing dashboard to show all relevant information during the recruitment process. They will apply data analytics techniques to a range of KPI's and measures and provide outputs to the SS teams, COE and Businesses. They will support the resourcing teams with data analysis to ensure the outputs are used in support of improving performance and efficiency.
The role holder will:
Contribute to development and delivery of Resourcing Strategy
Identifies ways to improve Resourcing capability / Strategy
Help set up a single Resourcing Dashboard using Tableau to collate all relevant data points
Engage with key stakeholders to agree and align on a common set of reporting outputs.
Leads Data Analytics reviews, understand factual information to support the analytics and draw conclusions on suitable actions to drive improvements in conjunction with SS delivery leads and Resourcing COE.
Monitor performance of business wide KPI's and delivery SLA's to ensure performance slips are quickly reporting appropriately and action plans are developed to improve performance.
Work with the delivery teams to understand the detail behind the data and ensure that the facts are established before conclusions are drawn.
Structures evidence/facts and translates the analysis to identify useful insights.
Clearly communicates key analysis insights and recommendations to non–technical clients through presentations, reports and
Uses influencing skills at to maximise impact / value of the analysis at the working level.
Develops technical solutions for reporting across multiple systems.
Supports and Leads participation in Shared Services initiatives to support business improvement.
Support for adhoc audit requirements where data inputs maybe from multiple systems.
Lead and Support data alignment activities across Sector and Resourcing delivery teams
Responsible for co–ordinating reporting packs for regular management and business reviews.Successful candidates will have experience of leading HR / TA transformation, specifically around HR / TA Data and Reporting. You may have been a HR & TA Analyst or even a Senior TA Professional who has specialist knowledge of HR Data & Reporting.
This role is being offered on a daily rate of between GBP(Apply online only) per day on a 12 month contract. The role is based in Lancashire and will invoice some regular travel
