The opportunity
Our logistics delivery service (Scoober) is growing exponentially and our HR Scoober team is definitely a crucial part in providing the right support to the business.
As our new colleague, you'll be supporting the HR team in the transformation of our logistics delivery service. Together with business stakeholders, fellow HR Business Partners, you'll help standardize and centralize the knowledge pertaining to the employment of couriers.
Our storyFrom Amsterdam to Bucharest, millions of food–lovers across 11 countries order with us every week. Whether they want party–night pizza, fries with friends or healthy soups and salads, we've all got them covered thanks to 'Scoober'.
You'll hear that word a lot in our international offices. Scoober is our logistics delivery service, covering everything from project experts to product owners, hub coordinators and our ever–reliable couriers.
Key responsibilities
You will be involved in a variety of different topics such as change management, expansion projects and couriers' global employment policies.
You will report to our Global HR Project Lead (Scoober) and the scope of your activities will cover our entire global Couriers population, so a high–energy attitude and independent work style are essential. And of course, you need to love change, be prepared to transform uncertainty into clear guidelines as well as contribute to the vision and the success principles of Scoober.
Implementing couriers' employment policies and ensuring compliance with the local employment rules and agreements.
Work closely with managers assisting them in solving organization, people & change–related matters
Acting as an escalation point to provide strong employee relations support
Required skills and experience
Proven HR experience (min: 2–3 years of experience in HR management or HR advisor roles)
Master's degree preferably in business administration, HR or law
You are able to build strong relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders within the organization
Proven experience working in fast paced growing environments
Ability to ensure all actions are in compliance with appropriate employment laws, company policies and sound business practice
Flexibility and ability to handle and navigate changes with excellent communication skills
You are proactive, data–driven and can prioritize your tasks independently
