Clarity Global Group Ltd is a leading Pharma & Health Sales and Distribution company. We work with a number of manufacturers providing strategic sales advice, storage, distribution and supplying to full & short–line wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries and hospitals.

We are looking for an Executive Director to lead and drive growth across the UK markets, and with this win new international clients.
Duties include–
* Reporting directly to the Group Executive team
* You will be a strategic leader and responsible to drive growth
* You will lead and mentor your organisation as an inspirational leader, and lead from the front as a role model
What we ask in you–
* You are a strong business developer–Able to protect the current and win the new
* MD/CEO or a Top performing GM, Sales Director
* You are competitive, energetic, and able to work in a fast–paced environment
* Degree educated
* A pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare or distribution services– Preferred
* Proactive and autonomous
* Commercial and consultancy approach
* Process driven and development transformation innovations
* Strong presentation skills
* Able to create a healthy competitive environment
* Experienced leader with a leadership style presented with credibility, enthusiasm, ambition and with an always open–door policy
* Able to create and build a success working culture
* Ideal MBA or CEO Program/Course
